Janus-kinase Inhibitors in Pathogenesis and Management of Chronic Urticaria: A Review of the Literature

Background: Chronic urticaria is a long-lasting condition, sometimes with serious comorbidities, severely affecting the quality of life, which makes patients seek efficient therapies to achieve sustained remissions.
